Is your course mapped?

Scans made on a green in this database name themselves after the club and the hole, and the true green outline is drawn under the scan. Anywhere else, the app still works; it just calls the scan by date and place.

Where the data comes from

OpenStreetMap, every night

Every course polygon on OpenStreetMap that touches the Netherlands is harvested nightly, together with its greens, fairways and bunkers, and each green is matched to the hole line that runs into it. Where the hole is drawn and numbered, the green gets its number; where it is not, the app names the scan “— Green” rather than guess.

Coverage is only as good as the map. About a quarter of Dutch courses are drawn as a single outline with nothing inside. If yours is one of them and you know the layout, drawing its greens on OpenStreetMap is an hour’s work and they are here the next morning.
